Overwhelm is the condition of being unfocused and overpowered by emotions or obstacles...
What are you plugged into?
Think of yourself holding a power cord to plug into a wall that’s attached to your heart. There are 2 outlets in the wall you’re facing. One is negative, one is positive. Whichever one you choose to plug into, that’s the current you’ll get running back at you through the cord.
So many of us think we don’t have control over our thoughts, emotions, etc., and we end up OVERWHELMED. But, you do have control!
Many people who work in direct sales, network marketing and party planning companies have a fear of talking to people. This fear can keep you from having success in your business, and ultimately, sabotage your lifelong dreams.
Fear causes you to create the exact thing you’re scared of…so learn how to let it go.
What is Fear?
Fear is often defined as “false evidence appearing real” – which simply means that it’s something we make up and yet act as if it is true. And your unconscious mind does not distinguish the difference between reality and vividly imagined events – so if you’re really good at visualizing your fear (which many of us are), then you’re creating all kinds of emotions that are probably paralyzing you!
